Your QR Code will be sent to the email you registered with as soon as payment is complete. You can also log in and go to 'My Tickets' on the website to view and download your QR Code at any time.

If the ticket is not name-specific, you can capture or share your QR Code for a friend to scan at the event entrance (1 QR code equals 1 entry).

Organizers can log in to the system and use their mobile camera to scan QR Codes for check-in immediately, without needing to download any application.

Our platform supports concerts, music festivals, restaurants/bars (interactive table booking), and corporate RSVP events.

The main booker pays the full amount to lock the seats, then can click 'Share Bill' to create a link for friends to transfer money back. Once friends transfer and attach the slip, the system will automatically transfer 1 ticket (QR Code) to that friend.

The platform charges a 3% fee (Special! Reduced to 1.5% if using the MYBAND artist booking service).

In the event of a cancellation, the system will coordinate to process refunds for customers according to each organizer's policy. Typically, it takes about 7-14 business days to complete the refund process.
